In just four clips, Higgins shows extraordinary footwork, an ability to break on the ball and catch it at its highest point and speed to beat even the quickest defensive backs.
The kid appears to be the real deal, and it's no wonder Higgins has drawn the interest of some of college football's top programs. He is a Tennessee commit, but has interest from programs such as Clemson, Alabama, Auburn, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Michigan, Ohio State, Florida, South Carolina and Texas A&M, among others.
