The newest Coaches Poll for Week 5 of the season was released on Sunday afternoon, and no team moved up more in the rankings than the Georgia Bulldogs.

Georgia blew out Mississippi State in Athens in a performance that showcased Kirby Smart’s team on both sides of the ball. With the 31-3 victory, Georgia jumped from No. 12 in the Coaches Poll to No. 8, benefitting from losses by Oklahoma State and Florida State, and outright jumping Ohio State and Wisconsin.
