Amway Coaches Poll Week 6: USC falls hard after loss to Washington State

HUGE drop for USC.

It looks like the USC preseason hype is no more.

The Trojans fell hard in this week's version of the Coaches Poll, falling from the lofty No. 5 spot to No. 15 after their loss on the road to Washington State. The big beneficiary here was clearly Washington State, who jumped up to No. 11, one of their highest rankings in years.

Another big winner from USC's loss was Georgia, as the Bulldogs jumped up two spots in the rankings to No. 6. Georgia also jumped over Michigan, who had the week off.
