A potential first-round NFL draft pick has been accused of rape

The potential first-round pick is facing terrible accusations.

After reports that an unnamed top draft prospect was facing rape accusations, new reports have emerged implicating former Ohio State cornerback Gareon Conley as the man facing the accusations.

The initial Cleveland CBS 19 report, police investigated an alleged sexual assault that occurred at the Westin Hotel in Cleveland in the early morning hours on April 9. While Cleveland 19 did not name the accused perpatrator, they did state it involved a NFL Draft prospect that was expected to be taken in the first round of the NFL Draft.

TMZ later reported that they had obtained the police report from the alleged incident, indicating that Conley was the player involved.

From TMZ:

"According to the report, the accuser says she met Conley in an elevator and he asked her to have a foursome with another friend of his. The woman says she declined and offered to watch the other people have sex instead.

A short time later, the woman says Conley unbuttoned her pants and began to have sex with her. She claims she said, "No, stop, it hurts!" but he kept going until he finished. She says he then kicked her out of the hotel room."

Both the Cleveland 19 and TMZ reports state that no charges have been filed in the incident. Cleveland 19 said in their report that Conley's attorney had steadfastly denied the accusation, and that he had yet to speak to police yet regarding the alleged incident.
