October is breast cancer awareness month and that holds extra weight in the Swinney family. Clemson's head coach and his wife, Kathleen, have experienced it at a very personal level. Mrs. Swinney's sister beat cancer in 2003 initially, but it came back nine years later in her brain and lungs. Of course that's not the entire story, which can be found in the link.
