Clemson receiver Hunter Renfrow had has the surest hands on the teams so far this season and has had a couple of awesome catches, but it looks like he won't be making any for at least a month. Renfrow left the game against Troy with what was believed to be a bruised thumb after a touchdown catch.

It seems the injury is worse than that as he broke a bone in his hand and is expected to be out at least a month. An MRI showed a cracked bone below his thumb, which will require surgery. Renfrow is expected to be back for the Oct. 15 game against N.C. State, but if he can't go then he should be able to make it back by the next game against Florida State on Oct. 29 (there's a bye week for Oct. 22).
Renfrow has just four catches for 62 yards through two games, but two of those catches have been incredible touchdown receptions. The former walk-on has five touchdown catches in his last four games dating back to last season so he's a pretty big deal.
