Clemson wide receiver Deon Cain had been suspended since December and wasn't even available for the spring game. It seems that head coach Dabo Swinney is ready to bring the sophomore back into the fold as he's met the requirements of his punishment.

Cain did not play in the Orange Bowl or the national title game due to the suspension. Swinney explained the reasoning a little bit behind the suspension and why he's able to come back now.
"He's served his time," Swinney said. "Sat him for two games — big ones. I just felt like I needed to get his attention. ... I felt like I needed to draw a line in the sand to get this kid to see the big picture and understand the consequences of his action. And to his credit, he could've left. But I laid out what was going to happen this spring, and he chose to stay. That says a lot about Deon."
Cain had 34 catches for 582 yards before his suspension and will join the likes of Jordan Leggett, Mike Williams, Hunter Renfrow and Artavis Scott in the receiving corps this season.
