Former Alabama linebacker Reggie Ragland has faced some pretty talented players during his four seasons in Tuscaloosa. Against opposing offenses, he's faced household names such as the likes of Leonard Fournette, Todd Gurley, Joshua Dobbs and Dak Prescott to name just a few. However, speaking on the Cole Cubelic radio show on Friday morning, had very high praise for Clemson junior quarterback Deshaun Watson.Ragland went so far as to call Watson probably the best overall player he faced during his Alabama career.
The Tide faced Watson and Clemson last season in the College Football Playoff championship game. While Alabama beat Clemson 45-40, Watson still managed to throw for 405 yards and four touchdowns with just one interception.
