Four-star defensive spurns SEC offers to go to ACC country

Four-star defensive back LeAnthony Williams is right in the SEC’s backyard of Roswell, Ga. but it looks like the 6’0″, 170-pounder will be headed to the ACC to play for Dabo Swinney and Clemson. He made the announcement on Rivals.com with a little video showing him around the Atlanta area.

Williams had offers from almost the entire SEC as Tennessee, Florida, Auburn, Alabama, Kentucky, Georgia and Ole Miss were only some of the schools offering him. Williams took part in Clemson’s junior day on Jan. 30 and it looks like that trip went pretty well for him and the Tigers.
