One of the best scrambling QBs to play the game breaks down Watson's game

Deshaun Watson now has a reputation as a scrambling quarterback and he should. He's run for 1,032 yards this season and thrown for 3,699. If he gets that number up to 4,000 he will be the first college quarterback to have those numbers in a season. The ACC Digital Network got a hold of one of the first true scrambling quarterbacks in Randall Cunningham.

Cunningham talks about the importance of scrambling to avoid sacks and how it helps Clemson break off some big plays. He also mentions how avoiding sacks can keep the offense going and talks about his own experience scrambling as well.
