Paul Finebaum is one of the biggest SEC homers there is at ESPN and he has shown quite the love for Alabama over the years as the Crimson Tide fans have made his show on the network one of the most popular ones they have. However, there was a Clemson caller on Friday that seemed to particularly irk Finebaum.

Apparently, the caller was comparing Clemson coach Dabo Swinney to Nick Saban and Finebaum was not having it. He kind of went after the caller and said this (as transcribed by Tiger Net):
"How can you put Dabo in the same sentence as Nick Saban," Finebaum asked a Clemson caller. "Who died and made Dabo Swinney the greatest coach of all-time? He's got one national championship, ok? I don't understand this. Since when did Clemson become the it school in the universe? I've never heard a more intoxicated fan base in my life."
"Quit talking like you own college football," Finebaum said.
While Finebaum is pretty upset about this guy "talking like he owns college football", Clemson did win the National Championship and the fans have every right to brag. Not to mention the Tigers did beat Alabama head-to-head with Saban coaching so there's definitely plenty of scenarios where the two names end up in the same sentence. Of course, Finebaum meant comparing winning titles as plenty of other coaches have a title to their name, but not so many have several like Saban.
