Swinney gives some good news in regards to his running backs

Fantastic news even!

Clemson fans were pretty excited when they heard five-star running back Tavien Feaster committed to Clemson. They weren't as excited when they heard he would need surgery to fix a torn labrum in his shoulder.

However, we've got an update on that as Feaster is all healed up and will be able to play this season if needed. Coach Dabo Swinney met with the media on Tuesday afternoon to discuss his team and the upcoming season. He beat everyone to the punch as he gave the update.

"A lot of people will probably ask about Feaster because he had that shoulder surgery," Swinney said. "He's been cleared to get back out there, as well."

Feaster has been cleared for workouts and practice. He will be competing with Tyshon Dye, Adam Choice and C.J. Fuller for snaps behind starter Wayne Gallman.
