Clemson had a fantastic year going 14-1 and winning the ACC Championship for the first time since 2011. The season didn't quite end the way the Tigers wanted with a 45-40 loss to Alabama in the National Championship Game. However, the team showed some real promise and coach Dabo Swinney made a bold promise that the team would be back in the title game before another 34 years elapsed.

The last time the Tigers won a national title was in 1981 and they didn't really come close to getting back there. That is, until now. The Tigers return a majority of the offense and should still have a fairly stout defense despite losing Kevin Dodd, Mackensie Alexander and a few others to the NFL Draft this past May. Be ready for a very good Clemson to go running through the ACC on its way to the College Football
