True story: Dabo didn't know his real name until he was in third grade

You might imagine that "Dabo" is not the real name of Clemson's head coach. His real name is William Christopher Swinney. However, he has always gone by Dabo and during a press conference for next week's national championship game we got a little insight on it.

Swinney's nickname was given to him as an infant by his parents when his then-18-month-old brother would try to enunciate "that boy" when referring to Swinney and it came out as "Dabo." If that happened to me, I may have never known my real name either!

Swinney also had some thoughts on what the voice of God might sound like.

Thank the football gods for Dabo or we just wouldn't get any good quotes this week!
