"They are on the rise with upcoming players and a great recruiting class," Truss said. "I think they will continue to be in the college football play for the upcoming years."
Truss currently has offers from Alabama, Florida State, LSU, Ohio State, Penn State and, most recently, USC, among others. However, he's still waiting on Clemson and head coach Dabo Swinney, who was absent during his recent visit.
"They said they are going to offer but it is Coach Swinney who offers and he was at a Nike event," Truss said.
Truss has scheduled upcoming visits to Alabama on Saturday, Auburn on Sunday and Penn State on Monday, according to 247Sports.
The junior ranks as the No. 13 offensive tackle, No. 1 player from the state of Rhode Island and the No. 99 overall prospect for the 2019 national recruiting cycle, according to the 247Sports Composite.
