ACC Kickoff got started on Thursday morning, and Florida State football released its first depth chart of the 2016 season. Even after missing the entire spring football season due to a fractured ankle he suffered during the Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl against Houston, quarterback Sean Maguire is first on the depth chart, as expected. Sophomore Derwin James Jr., who finished his true freshman season with 91 tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks and five pass breakups, is listed as the starting free safety on defense.
