ACC rival fires huge shots at Florida State over alleged bowl record

Most Florida State fans will say that the Seminoles own the country's longest bowl game streak in the country and they would be right if it weren't for one small caveat. FSU had several games and a bowl game vacated under Bobby Bowden by the NCAA.

FSU was forced to vacate five wins from the 2006 season including the Emerald Bowl victory over UCLA. This would mean that the Seminoles do not have a 30-plus year bowl streak currently going on. Virginia Tech made sure to remind everyone of that and took their not-so-subtle shot doing it.
