There are plenty of players entering this year's NFL Draft that can make an impact as a rookie including the presumed top pick in Texas A&M's Myles Garrett. However, ESPN analyst Mike Greenberg thinks there's another rookie who is going to be more impactful than Garrett despite him going to the Browns and starting right away.

Greenberg thought that an ACC player would be the "most impactful" rookie and it wasn't even Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson either.
Some mock drafts have Cook going in the top ten while others have him going in the middle of the first round. Regardless of where he goes, he's likely to become the starter and will be used in the passing game as well as the running for both his abilities to catch the ball and pass protect. Should he play like Greenberg thinks and go to the right team, he could have a very Ezekiel Elliot-like rookie season.

Cook finished with the most rushing yards in Florida State history by rushing for 4,464 yards over three years and scoring 46 rushing touchdowns with two receiving touchdowns and 935 receiving yards.
