Florida State moved quickly with dismissing quarterback De'Andre Johnson from the football team after a video surfaced of him punching a woman in a bar.

Former Florida State cornerback, and current Buffalo Bills rookie Ronald Darby questioned why the woman didn't face consequences for her role in the incident in a minor Twitter rant Tuesday morning:
The tweets were later deleted, but Darby raised a controversial question after Johnson was charged with misdemeanor battery and surrendered to police on June 30.
Darby was also involved in the Jameis Winston rape investigation in 2012. According to ESPN, Darby "witnessed Winston and Winston's accuser, Erica Kinsman, having sex but considered it consensual and eventually left."
"A civil lawsuit filed against Winston by Kinsman in April alleged that Darby walked into the room and said, "Dude, she is telling you to stop," but then left after Winston allegedly carried Kinsman into another room. Darby refused to testify against Winston in a Florida State University student conduct code hearing last year and wasn't disciplined by the school."
Darby attended the NFL's rookie symposium in June, where players are trained on domestic violence awareness and social media usage. He was a second-round pick for the Bills.
