The scariest thing about this crushing, bulldozing run is the fact that Jacques Patrick is a freshman. He isn't done growing yet. He hasn't been on campus for a year and hasn't gone through weight-training programs for a full year.
The 232-pound running back posted a very short clip on his Twitter account showing a bone-crushing truck stick hit he delivered to what looks like walk-on Reginald Dixon. Check out this massive hit:
The video was taken from Florida State's scrimmage on Monday. It looks like head coach Jimbo Fisher wasn't lying when he said Patrick is a violent runner and that defenders were scared to bring him down.
Patrick isn't expected to be the starter. That role is supposed to be given to Dalvin Cook, but there's no doubt that Patrick will be a huge factor this upcoming season.
