It's not often you see a quarterback recruit get offered a scholarship from the likes of Florida State before he's even thrown a pass in high school. However, that's the case for Max Johnson though and he has the photo to prove he's now boys with FSU coach Jimbo Fisher. The 6'2", 170-pound also shows just how short Fisher is in real life.

If the name sounds familiar that's probably because Max is the son of former FSU and Buccaneers quarterback Brad Johnson. The same one who won Super Bowl XXXVII and made some headlines for admitting to paying people to modify the footballs before the big game —- he did have an agreement with Rich Gannon though, who did the same thing.
The younger Johnson also has an offer from Miami and that shouldn't be a surprise as Mark Richt is actually his uncle —- Richt is Brad's brother-in-law. Johnson is an Atlanta native and is part of the class of 2020.
