As it turns out, Winston has the same thoughts as most of the fans and said that he would "love" for another FSU player to join him on the team, according to The Tampa Bay Times. However, Winston doesn't think he will be available by the time the Bucs pick at 19 in the upcoming NFL Draft.
"I'm excited for Dalvin, following him in his draft process," Winston said. "Nineteen is our pick, and I honestly think he's more of a top-15 guy. I'm excited for him."
It does sound like he would want the Bucs to grab him should he fall that far as Bucky Brooks and Chad Reuter seem to think he will. We can only wait for the draft itself to find out if Licht will listen to his QB or if he will even get the chance with Cook falling that far in the first round.
