With nearly a week left before National Signing Day, Florida State's 2016 recruiting class picked up another member on Monday afternoon. Fullback Gabe Nabers (6-foot-2, 215 pounds, Valdosta, Ga.) verbally committed to the 'Noles on Monday evening, first reported by 247Sports. Nabers was first committed to play football at USF as recent as nine days ago. Nabers brings the commitment list for Florida State's 2016 class brings the total to 20.
Nabers does not haev any stars according to 247Sports. According to Tomahawk Nation, the pick up could potentially mean Florida State won't land a majority of the top targets remaining on its board, and is being proactive in filling out its scholarship allotment.
