Hurricane Irma has officially forced major rivalry game to be moved

This stinks.

Florida State and Miami were in danger of having to move their game next week because of Hurricane Irma and it looks like a decision has officially been made in that regard.

Florida State and Miami will now play on Oct. 7, which is a bye week for both teams. While it's a bummer that the game had to be moved, it might prove to make the game more intense as the battle for ACC supremacy will be in full swing.
