Khalifa is a huge Florida State fan and really wants Miller to be the QB of her favorite team, so she shot him a message on Twitter and offered an incentive for him to come.
Miller has reportedly expressed his interest in coming to Florida State. His addition to the Seminoles would fill a huge void in the 2015 quarterback situation.
