One school just landed a huge — literally and figuratively — verbal commitment. Tight end Marshall Alexander (6-foot-7, 240 pounds, Andover, Ma.) announced his verbal commitment on Saturday evening to Florida State. Marshall picked the 'Noles over several offers he held which were from just about everyone including Florida, Alabama, Ohio State and Clemson. Marshall made his commitment official from his Twitter account.
