Odds have emerged for season-opening blockbuster between Alabama and Florida State

This could potentially be a No. 1 vs. No. 2 matchup.

It looks like we have an early favorite for potentially the biggest game of the 2017 regular season.

According to former ESPNer Brett McMurphy, the current LV Super Book odds for the Week 1 game between Alabama and Florida State has the Crimson Tide as a 7.5-point favorite.

Alabama has generally been perceived as the favorite heading into the game, but being an over-touchdown favorite is a strong bet to take. The neutral site game in Atlanta could be a No. 1 vs. No. 2 game to open the season, and the No. 1 team being a 7.5-point favorite over No. 2 is a lot, even for the preseason.

Other odds for big Week 1 games: Tennessee (-3.5) vs. Georgia Tech, UCLA (-3.5) vs. Texas A&M, and Michigan (-4.5) vs. Florida.
