Auburn quarterback Sean White has been on the injured list ever since he suffered an arm injury during the Sugar Bowl loss to Oklahoma. It was expected that White would miss all of Auburn's spring practices, and Auburn head coach Gus Malzahn provided an update on White's status on Saturday

Malzahn said there's no way Sean White participates in A-Day. He's doing well, but Auburn doesn't want to risk injury to the arm.

It's been three months since White's injury, and since there is a ton of time before the season starts, there is no reason for Auburn to rush White back from his injury. White has battled through multiple injuries during his two years as Auburn quarterback, and it is bet for Auburn to play it safe at this point.
Without White, Baylor transfer quarterback Jarrett Stidham is the current first-team quarterback for the Tigers. Stidham, a former five-star recruit, transferred to Auburn last year after leaving Baylor in the midst of the sexual assault scandal.
n his freshman season with the Bears in 2015, Stidham accumulated 1,265 passing yards and 14 total touchdowns in 10 total games and three starts.
