Baylor DB suffers terrifying apparent neck injury before being stretchered off the field

He gave the thumbs up as he was taken off the field.

Baylor defensive back Grayland Arnold made a take early in the first quarter when his head appeared to snap back and he laid relatively motionless on the ground before trainers ran onto the field.

The true freshman had to be stretchered off the field, but he gave the thumbs up as he was being carted away.

Later reports noted Arnold had feeling in his legs and arms and he was being taken to the hospital for observation.
