Baylor's former president and chancellor Ken Starr took another interview that somehow went worse than the first.
In the first interview, Starr gave roundabout answers as to keeping women safe on the school's campus and admitted he was behind a "veil of ignorance."

Starr spoke again, this time to KWTX-TV, and was confronted with an email entitled "I was Raped at Baylor," which was previously obtained by ESPN's Outside the Lines. The email alleges a female student was raped by football player Tevin Elliott, who is currently serving up to 20 years in prison for a separate sexual assault.
Starr proceeded to give three separate answers, as detailed by FTW at the 1:01 mark:
Hays: "What about the victim that came forward saying that she had personally sent you an email and Art Briles an email saying in the subject line that she was raped at Baylor. Did you ever see that email?"
Starr: "I honestly may have. I'm not denying that I saw it."
At the 2:10 mark:
Starr: "All I'm going to say is I honestly have no recollection of that."
And at the 2:33 mark:
Starr: "I honestly have no recollection of seeing such an email and I believe that I would remember seeing such an email. The president of a university gets lots of emails. I don't even see a lot of the emails that come into the office of the president. I have no recollection. None."
All-in-all it's a cluster of an interview in which Starr calls for the Board of Regents to be more transparent, to release the entire Pepper Hamilton report (remember the one in which Baylor's horrifying allegations were found) and he ended it by making an absolute fool of himself.
Somehow, this man still teaches at the school.
