It's not often you see an SEC athletic director bolt for the same job in another conference, but that's exactly the case for Baylor and Missouri.

While that might look nice for Rhoades on his résumé, it really screws Missouri over as there seems to be absolutely no leadership left in the athletic department.

Looks like both schools are going to be working their way back uphill, but from different sides of that hill. Missouri went 5-7 overall and 1-7 in the conference last season. The school hired Barry Odom as the new head coach of the football team.
UPDATE: It looks like Missouri has added an interim athletic director for now.
