Baylor decided that they would let their student section sprint across the field. It could have gone better.
I'm sure in their minds this would look cool and be a way to get the students hyped for the game. They certainly got people amped up for the game, but also got some of the poor souls run over.
Somehow, this ended without anyone getting actually injured — although I'm sure those few people that fell down early aren't feeling great — but even so, Baylor might want to scrap this gimmick.
It's still not the worst field entrance idea of the weekend. They could have put up a concrete wall like Eastern Michigan.
