Florida State fans are already excited for the 2017 season considering the Seminoles open up against Alabama in the new Georgia Dome. They finished strong with a win over Michigan in the Orange Bowl and could be the first to take down a repeat national champ should the Crimson Tide beat Clemson on Monday night.

However, Seminoles fans will get a chance to travel up to Atlanta a short time after that for another Chick-Fil-A Kickoff game. This one will be against West Virginia in 2020 on the first Saturday of the season. There had been talks brewing for a few months and now it seems the game is confirmed and has been scheduled.

"Our fans have been talking about next (season's) Chick-fil-A Kickoff game against Alabama since the day it was announced," Florida State athletic director Stan Wilcox said in a statement per the AJC, "and I think we will see similar enthusiasm for an opener against the Mountaineers."
The game will be televised by ESPN, but there is no kickoff time yet. There's plenty of time to make that decision down the road.
