Four-star Texas cornerback has two SEC teams in his final five

Will he end up in SEC territory?

Cornerback Kary Vincent Jr. is a four-star recruit out of Port Arthur, Texas and he is down to an official five list. He talked to 247Sports' Luke Stampini about his list. When asked about who his top schools are he gave this response:

"My top guys are Florida State, Texas A&M, TCU, LSU, and Texas." He also gave a little hint as to who might be the favorite to land him when he commits July 10.

"LSU is definitely in my top for the simple reason that they produce great corners," Vincent admitted. "Coach [Corey] Raymond, he's been in the business for a long time. Guys like Kevin Toliver coming up, Jamal Adams, that's just something you want to be around."

The 5'11", 170-pound corner is expected to announce his commitment along with safety Grant Delpit from the same area. Texas A&M has a solid shot at Vincent since his dad was a corner there and graduated from the university as well.
