Tom Herman and the Longhorns are not off to a hot start as they squandered an opportunity to beat then-No. 4 USC on Saturday and are now 1-2 after losing to Maryland in the home and season opener. The season just got a whole lot harder as the lone returning All-American in Connor Williams will now be out for an indefinite period of time.

So Williams sprained his MCL, PCL and has a meniscus tear in his knee. That is going to take some serious rehab time whenever he goes under the knife to get everything fixed. He could be lost for the season, but like the tweet says, no timetable has been set on a return.
