Defensive linemen aren't exactly known for their blinding speed, but it looks like former Oklahoma State Cowboy Charles Tapper might have other ideas. He ran the only 40-yard dash time faster than 4.60 among the defensive linemen at the NFL Scouting Combine on Monday.

He beat out guys like Virginia Tech's Dadi Nicolas, Clemson's Shaq Lawson and Ohio State's Joey Bosa. If you like big boy touchdowns you have to appreciate the big boy foot speed.
