Corrion Ballard is the No. 1 safety in the JUCO class of 2017 and had eight offers coming out of Blinn College —- the same school Cam Newton went to after leaving Florida. Despite all of the offers from Texas schools, the Humble, Tex. native decided to head a little northwest.
