Mychale Salahuddin is a four-star all-purpose back in the class of 2018 and he's got some pretty great offers from the likes of Arkansas, Maryland, USC, Oklahoma, Louisville, Michigan and Michigan State as well as several others. He even released a top 11 list earlier this month:
However, he told 247Sports that he's still waiting on three offers before he makes any sort of decision on his future. It shouldn't come as a surprise that the top recruit in D.C. has three potential title contenders he's waiting to hear from about offers.
"I'm definitely waiting on Georgia and Ohio State—Clemson too. I want to get back to Clemson, definitely. I like the running back coach a lot, we really clicked as soon as we met each other. I like his coaching philosophy, how he connects with the other coaches. I really like his system and setup. They said they should be offering in a couple of weeks, not sure when, but I'm just in waiting game. It'd definitely be a school I'd have a lot of interest in."
It sounds like the reigning national champs might have a lead for the kid despite not offering him a scholarship yet. Salahuddin is ranked as the No. 1 recruit in Washington, D.C. and the No. 4 all-purpose back in the country according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings. He only has two predictions made in his crystal ball and they are split between UNC and USC.
Here's some of his highlights:
