Michael Dowell is a four-star defensive back in the class of 2018 and has over 20 offers from some big time schools, but has made his decision and is heading north to play for the Spartans of Michigan State.

While the Spartans won only three games last year, they should be considerably this season and got some help in 2018 from the 6’0″, 195-pound DB out of Ohio. He’s rated four stars and the No. 24 player at his position by ESPN as well as the No. 15 recruit in the state. He also had offers from Iowa, Indiana, Maryland and Ole Miss among others.
