If Jerry Jones has his way the Cowboys might be reaching at the No. 4 pick

Dallas is really going to make things interesting here.

The Dallas Cowboys have the No. 4 pick in this year's NFL Draft and could go in a number of directions with it since the quarterback situation is set. It's believed that two QBs are going to be taken first and second in Jared Goff and Carson Wentz. That leaves Dallas with pretty much every option it could want and it seems owner Jerry Jones wants a running back.

According to Bleacher Report's Jason Cole, Jones wants Ohio State product Ezekiel Elliott. Jones wants to recreate the "triplets" from the 90s dynasty with Elliott set to play the role of Emmitt Smith. The offensive line is a good one when it comes to run blocking so Ezekiel could have a strong rookie season behind them.

Todd Gurley having such an excellent season might also have paved the way for taking a running back so early despite that strategy falling out of favor recently. Gurley was taken tenth overall in last year's draft.
