Jeremy Ruckert is the top tight end in the class of 2018 and he had just cut his list of finalists down to four between Ohio State, Michigan, Notre Dame and Wisconsin. It looks like he already has his decision made as he gave his commitment in a video with Bleacher Report:

Ruckert got a little cute with it by having the teams "race" for his services in go-karts. Ohio State won out on the track and will likely win out on the field with the addition of the big tight end. The 6'6", 230-pound big man is ranked as the top tight end in the class and No. 2 recruit in the state of New York by ESPN.
Ruckert also had offers from Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Penn State and several others.
