Four-star cornerback Josh Jobe has been committed to Miami since April when he tweeted he would be shutting down his recruitment — only to later delete that tweet. However, it seems he’s not completely committed, or at least wants to do his due diligence on other schools. He told 247Sports that he’ll be taking other visits to schools despite his commitment.
“I’m going to take visits to Bama and Michigan,” he said. “It’s always good to see coaches. You have to give them a chance to recruit you.”
The 6’1″, 180-pound cornerback is ranked as the No. 4 player at the position and No. 5 player in the state of Florida by 247Sports’ own rankings. He’s been chosen as a U.S. Army All-American in the East and the Miami native has offers from Florida, Auburn, Georgia, LSU and Michigan along with some others.
