Mel Kiper releases his way too early big board for the 2016 NFL Draft

The 2015 NFL Draft took place two weeks ago, which means everyone in the draft analysis world has already shifted focus to the 2016 draft and who the top prospects will be.

ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. released his 2016 Big Board on ESPN Insider here, and his Top 13 players on the board are all juniors or redshirt sophomores. The Top 5 on Kiper's board for next year lean heavily to the defensive side of the ball with Ohio State DE Joey Bosa, Ole Miss OT Laremy Tunsil, Florida State S Jalen Ramsey, Ole Miss DT Robert Nkemdiche, and Florida CB Vernon Hargreaves.

The first offensive skill position player for Kiper on his 2016 Big Board is Ole Miss WR Laquon Treadwell at No. 7 — which gives Ole Miss three of Kiper's top 7 prospects. The first quarterback on his board is Cal QB Jared Goff at No. 9, followed by Penn State QB Christian Hackenberg at No. 11.

Other notables on his board are Virginia Tech CB Kendall Fuller (No. 13), Auburn WR Duke Williams (No. 17), Ohio State RB Ezekiel Elliot (No. 19), and Ohio State QB Cardale Jones (No. 25).
