Jim Harbaugh Gets Trolled By The Simpsons

The sign-stealing/sign-scouting allegations against the Michigan Wolverines have become widespread knowledge not only in the college football community but also in pop culture, as the latest episode of "The Simpsons" takes a shot at head coach Jim Harbaugh.

Titled "Do the Wrong Thing," the episode shows Homer and Bart Simpson cheating in numerous ways across many sports.

In the show, the University of Springfield Camp, referred to as "USC," is headed by "Dean Belichick."

According to Dean Belichick, the program has a "proud history of embracing cheating," and "Here at USC, we decided to own cheating."

In addition to Harbaugh, the show also took some shots at the Houston Astros. At the end of the episode, Bart accepts a job teaching "Intro to Cheating 101," which is taught at the "Jim Harbaugh Center for Competitive Imbalance."

The long-running animated program has skewered many institutions throughout its 35 seasons.

The latest episode was not subtle in the slightest, as the real-world Wolverines await a ruling by the NCAA on the allegations.

The Wolverines finished the year undefeated atop the Big Ten. They defeated the Ohio State Buckeyes 30-24 at the end of the regular season. They followed that up with a 26-0 win over the Iowa Hawkeyes in the Big Ten Championship Game on Dec. 2.

They now look forward to the first round of the College Football Playoff as the No. 1 seed against the No. 4 Alabama Crimson Tide. The Rose Bowl game will take place Monday, Jan. 1, at 5 p.m. ET.

If the Wolverines are issued punishments or win the 2023-24 college football national championship, we'll for sure be awaiting a sequel to this episode from "The Simpsons."

Enjoy this one, Ohio State fans.
