Expansion of the College Football Playoff has been one of the hot topics of the last couple years. There have been a few teams that many people thought should have gotten in over the past couple years, but it would appear Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer is not one of those people who thinks the Playoff should expand despite how it likely would have meant his team getting in.

Meyer does make a good point that if more games are added to an already loaded schedule then we could see some pretty bad games. You get some tired teams and athletes that just don't want to be on the field anymore at some point. There's just greater potential for risk and if they are true student-athletes, adding those games can destroy their class schedule and ability to to get work done in the classroom and on the field.
Of course, Michigan's Jim Harbaugh felt a different type of way about it. He believes there should be 16 teams in the Playoff and cited how the NFL has their 12 teams in the postseason and the FCS going from 16 teams to 24 recently.
