Four-star receiver Mark Webb Jr. has a top six list with some heavy hitters on it including his hometown Penn State Nittany Lions. He might not end up there, but he's definitely considering them for when he makes his decision for the class of 2017. The 6'2", 199-pound receiver out of Warminster, Pa. has a list that looks like this:

However, there's another school that has some serious pull on him. He already said Georgia is the leader for his recruitment, but if he has a top six list then he certainly has a chance to end up somewhere else. Especially if Alabama is involved and really wants this kid because Nick Saban could very well swoop in and steal him.
