Hampton, Virginia native Elijah Conliffe has narrowed down his choice of schools to 11 right now and that's a big step considering he has over 20 offers. The 6'4", 284-pound defensive end and tackle is rated as a three-star recruit by 247Sports, but is the No. 16 recruit in Virginia and No. 17 strong side DE in the class of 2017. Here's his list:
247Sports has him likely going to Penn State with Oklahoma having an outside shot at the big man. Don't be surprised if one of the SEC powers can flip him if they decide he's better than his rating might suggest.
