The wonders of Go Pro!

If you want to know what it's like to go through a college football practice, BYU can help give you an idea. The Cougars had some fun with helmet cams at a recent practice, and the result is the awesome video that you see above. The perspective on the ball in the middle of a catch is particularly striking, and it is just interesting to view what a wide receiver sees when he is running a route.

BYU is looking to build on a 9-4 record from the 2015 season. The Cougs — under new head coach Ty Detmer — have an interesting quarterback battle going on in Provo, as fifth-year senior Taysom Hill hopes to recapture some glory after going down last year with an injury in the season opener. He will be battling sophomore Tanner Mangum, who performed well in Hill's absence.

BYU opens the season on Sept. 3 against Arizona.
