We all know that Skip Bayless pretty much gets paid to say absolutely nonsensical things and to try to troll people. One of his constant targets is one of the greatest coaches of our time, if not all-time, in Nick Saban. When Alabama lost to Clemson in the national title game 35-31, Skip had a field day.

Right after the game finished up, Bayless took to Twitter to unleash his pure, unadulterated hot takes:
Somebody tell Shannon Sharpe "St. Nick's" D just gave up 21 in the 4th q, 512 total yards and Deshaun threw for 420!!! Ain't Nick.

Clemson just played a pretty lousy football game and still beat Saban. Saint Nick? Ain't Nick.

He just wanted to pretend like Alabama hadn't been dominant all season and shut down other high-powered offenses this season. There was also the issue of Steve Sarkisian taking over play calling duties on offense only a week before the game. But that didn't stop him from promoting his show the next morning, which was going to be all about how Saban is apparently a terrible coach and is overrated:
Nick Saban is overrated. @undisputed. 9:30 AM ET. FS1

The former ESPN employee made one of the current ones upset and Danny Kanell took a shot at Bayless' show ratings while also putting him down for his terrible take:

And when you can get an SI and ESPN guy in agreement then you know you have a real villain on your hands.

And to help illustrate Kanell's point, Deitsch threw out this incredible show ratings stat:

Never ever upset Deitsch because he has way more stats like that to put down any show that might try to get cheap viewers like Bayless does. Can we just get more Deitsch and Kanell team ups? That would actually be a pretty dynamic duo.
