Nephew of 5-time Pro Bowler becomes a legacy with his commitment

What a pick up.

Elvis Dumervil has been a monster since he entered the NFL in 2006 and has become a sack machine with 99 in his career as of now despite standing only 5'11". His nephew, Dejmi Dumervil Jean, is a little bigger at almost 6"5" and 367 pounds and plays along the offensive line. And it looks like he will try to join his uncle as a Cardinal great and become a legacy with his latest commitment.

The younger Dumervil plays on both the offensive and defensive line for high school powerhouse St. Thomas Aquinas in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The 247Sports Composite Rankings have him ranked as the No. 43 offensive guard in the country and the No. 142 recruit in the state of Florida. He also held offers from Michigan, Michigan State, Oregon and South Carolina among others.
